Showing those lefties some love... Classic TL style, ready for you to finish and assemble.  Make it your own.  This is one of our most popular kits, affordable and with a very forgiving basswood.  Basswood is easy to work with, and has a great tone.

This kit contains everything you need to build your guitar.  Just add your finish materials to the body and neck.  These kits aren’t just a collection of random parts- each neck has been custom fitted to the body to ensure a good, snug fit.  Includes an unfinished, predrilled body, fretted neck, all electronics and hardware. Note: Some holes will need to be added to mount the pickguard and the bridge. As with any DIY project, you are getting raw, unfinished wood.  There may be some sanding, patching, and fine tuning needed for top-quality build.

Sold as a complete kit only.  Includes basic instructions.

Bourbon Barrel Tele

This Lefty kit is my first build. I used three Minwax stains, (Golden Oak, Red Mahogany, and Aged Barrel). I charred the sides of the guitar with a torch. The idea for stenciling was found online on searches for bourbon barrel head. Barton Distillery is about 500 yards from my house, so it was the one chosen. The simulated board seams were done with a black stain pen. The finish was Tung Oil Finish. I didnt want the supplies pick guard to cover up the body art, so I made a pickup holder for the neck pickup from a spare piece of plastic in my garage. This instrument looks and plays great

This kit was great for beginners with no experience. The price was very reasonable and the quality was good. The assembly instructions need to be more detailed for beginners. They take for granted that the builder has previous experience.
